Thank you to the one other person that showed up for CSC Cleanup Day. We actually picked up 5-bags of trash, not really addressing the water overflow areas (next month).
Can’t join us? Here’s how YOU can help:
1. If the garbage truck leaves debris on pick up day, please pick it up before it blows away.
2. Those newspaper ads that get thrown on our lawns that most everybody does not want (HOA advised there’s no way to prevent delivery) .. pick them up before they get waterlogged please, whether they’re on your property the parkway or the street.

Hello Waterside Residents,
The Community Standards Committee (CSC) would like to share the results of our recent walk-around this week. It was quite eventful as the sod exemption period has ended, and we are now reviewing lawns that were previously discussed for sod installation. While we noticed some progress, there are three lawns that have received final notices due to having bare dirt with no grass. We understand that it takes time and water for lawns to green up, and we appreciate your patience. However, several lawns still have no grass despite plans for sod that have not been realized.
We will revisit lawns with some grass and large bare spots soon. In the meantime, please remember to mow the back area if you have an alley. We observed some alleys with very long weeds, and the grace period for this will end in the next two weeks.
Additionally, as per our bylaws, recreational vehicles of any kind are not allowed to be parked on driveways (front or back). They must be stored in the garage. We have identified three residents with boats, campers, or jet skis that need to be removed.
Thank you to everyone who has been maintaining their lawns. We hope the cooler temperatures will help us all achieve lush, green lawns again.
Best regards, Community Standards Committee (CSC)

We have received several communications expressing concerns about the replacement of new sod on front lawns that are currently without grass.
The Homeowners Association – Community Standards Committee (HOA-CSC) has taken your concerns into consideration and has voted to grant an exemption for homeowners who are awaiting sod replacement. This exemption will be in effect until September 1st.
If you are one of the homeowners waiting for sod replacement for your front lawn, we kindly request you to contact us. This will enable us to remove your property from the violation list for having no grass.
Please note that starting from September 1st, we will resume enforcement of the no-grass violations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you.
